Description

We called this soft block user because the user is not blocked totally, he can put product/s into a shopping cart and he can use his account without any problems. He only can’t pay an order. There are no payment methods anymore, so he has to contact shop owner.

You can use this method for users who already made a refund before and you don’t want to do it again from their account.
